Are you visiting Cannes and looking for a nice place to stay? discover this guest house not far from the center.
If you think Cannes is all about the festival, the Croisette and its parade of luxury cars, the Carlton and the jetset, think again! This small town, with 74,000 inhabitants in winter and 220,000 in summer, has much more to offer, as demonstrated by this location just a 15-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals.
In fact, I invite you to take a look at all our articles on accommodation and activities for couples, friends and families in the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region:

What a coup de coeur for this high-end guest house nestled in the heart of Cannes, just a 10-minute walk from downtown. The funny thing is, I’m from Cannes and I’d never heard of it before. At the same time, isn’t it said that the shoemaker is often the worst-shod? Finally, when I left Cannes in 2013 to live in Paris, I realized that I didn’t know my city all that well! Now I love going back and discovering new places.
En arriving at the villa du Roc Fleuri, we immediately liked the place and the style, both industrial and country chic. Few rooms and an intimate atmosphere, that’s what Fanny wanted to recreate here, shaping each room and preserving the house’s original charm.
She has just renovated this 3-bedroom, 2-suite old building into something that she felt strongly about, in her own image, all in a refined contemporary style. You’ll find all the charm of the South of France, in a mix of modern and old: the decor, made up of patinated furniture, old industrial objects found here and there, Fanny’s creations and lighting fixtures designed and created in her workshop, make this a trendy place that contrasts with the image one might have of Cannes.rhinestones and sequins“. Words from a cannoise! If you feel like it, you can even buy some decorative items. We love the concept!
A beautiful terrace made of wooden pallets and decorated with soft, cushy cushions, provides a place to relax and enjoy a drink while overlooking the rooftops of Cannes. Not bad at all! Here you can relax and read your book, unless you prefer one of the other little outdoor relaxation areas…
Under the beautiful glass roof, you’ll enjoy breakfast (unless you’re lazy, in which case you’ll have it in bed) or your evening meal, as it’s also possible to dine here! And yes, as well as having great taste in decoration and a lovely smile, Fanny has hidden talents as a cook and loves to concoct tasty, simple, local dishes.
We were delighted by the warm welcome we received from Fanny, the host of these premises, and highly recommend it. Tell us in comments if this guesthouse is the kind of place you like?
